2017 - 2018 Participated in rebuilding Puerto Rico’s water resources after Hurricane Maria with S.M.R.C. and Human Rights
Festival, Inc, in the NW sections of the island. Documented the ongoing crisis through photography and interviews of
residents and aid workers. Donated the photographs and articles to charity groups for use in fundraising.
“Adopted” a family and advocated for them with FEMA, successfully getting their case expedited.
Resulted in a self-published book of my photographs with all profits to charity.
